Terms & Conditions for NutriScan Health

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the NutriScan Health mobile application and related website. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

NutriScan Health is designed to help users scan meals, track nutrition, save food history, and view nutrition trends. You agree to use the app responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

2. Nutrition Estimates

Food recognition, calories, macronutrients, fiber, sugar, serving size, scores, and meal descriptions are estimates only. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or affected by image quality, portion size, ingredients, cooking method, and other factors.

3. No Medical Advice

NutriScan Health does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or diet prescriptions. Always consult a qualified doctor, dietitian, or health professional before making health or diet decisions.

4. User Accounts

The app may support Google Sign-In and cloud sync. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity associated with your account.

5. User Content

You may upload or save meal images, food details, and nutrition history. You are responsible for the content you provide and must not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing material.

6. Subscriptions and Premium Features

If the app offers premium features or subscriptions, payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled by the applicable app store or payment provider. Features may change over time.

7. App Availability

We try to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may be updated, limited, suspended, or discontinued.

8. Intellectual Property

The NutriScan Health name, design, website, app interface, graphics, and related materials belong to WordBitX Tech or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutriScan Health and WordBitX Tech are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or health-related damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on nutrition estimates.

10. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms, misuse the app, or create security, legal, or operational risks.
